Surfcraft Repairs

All boards are repairable! From rail cracks, to fin box replacements, to creases, snaps and delaminations, anything can be fixed. I have the capability to do both polyester and epoxy repairs, as well as carbon fibre work. All forms of watercraft are welcome – longboards, shortboards, stand up paddleboards, foil boards, surf lifesaving boards, windsurf and kitesurf boards.

Vintage Surfboard Restorations

Surfboards are time capsules. I take great pride in preserving the memories they hold, and ensuring that classic boards are able to passed on through generations so they can continue the narrative. I can gloss coat, respray, glass on fins – anything to bring your dungers back to their former glory.

Pick Up/Drop Off for Southland and Central Otago

In order to service the entirety of the lower South Island, the Frozen Ocean ding-mobile does regular round trips via the Catlins, Invercargill, Riverton, Queenstown, Wānaka and Ōamaru. Get in touch to find out when I’ll next be in your neighbourhood.

Courtesy Boards

When you take your car to a mechanic or panelbeater, you’re usually offered a courtesy car to keep you on the road, so it only makes sense to provide the same service to keep you in the water. I have a growing quiver of “courtesy boards” that are available to borrow so you can keep surfing while your board is out of action.
